Blue Marble Geographics will be closed recognition of Christmas on Wednesday and Thursday December 25th and 26th. Regular business hours will resume Friday, December 27th at 8 am eastern U.S. time.


Please include the order number for your Support & Update Subscription or per instance support when contacting us for technical assistance.

Our support team will need a complete description of your problem (with system information, detail on each step required to replicate the behavior, any error messages, and any data files) or questions in order to best service your technical support request.

If you have supporting files totaling 30M or smaller in size, please zip them and email the zip file to geohelp@bluemarblegeo.com, or indicate in the 'Detailed Description' above that you would like to submit them via our FTP site in your request. We will respond with details about connecting to our FTP site.
