Moving a Single User License

In order to move a Global Mapper license from one machine to another, users need to release the license and go through a removal verification process to free up an activation against their order before a new machine can be licensed. To activate the license on the new machine, use the Login to Active single-user license option. The most recent version of Global Mapper may be downloaded here.

A Single User Node-Locked License can be moved to a new machine up to two times per year (365 days).

A Single User Floating License can be moved an unlimited number of times.

To use Global Mapper vis remote desktop RDP, a Single User Floating or Network License is required.

Please contact Blue Marble Licensing support at authorize@bluemarblegeo.com with any licensing questions. For increased flexibility for many network-connected users, a Network License may be the better option. Please contact the Blue Marble sales team (orders@bluemarblegeo.com) for more information on available license types.

Please visit the Blue Marble website for more information on the Global Mapper Licensing Policy.
