The Geographic Tracker is a GPS application that supports streaming of live GPS position data, playbacks of recorded GPS log files, and transfer of spatial data both to and from various GPS units. This application ships as a separate install with every copy of MapInfo Professional. The newly enhanced interface allows MapInfo users to easily coordinate Geographic Tracker with MapInfo Professional and includes expanded and updated support for Garmin and other GPS devices. Features to be demonstrated will include: creating multiple GPS unit profiles, tracking them, and not only receiving points, lines and polylines from the units but also sending data to them.
