Activating A Single User License Offline

1. When an unlicensed version of Global Mapper is launched, the Registration Screen will automatically appear. Select Offline Activation and press continue.

   

2. Your Machine ID will be displayed on the dialog, this information is needed to create a permanent license for the machine Click the Generate button to create a text file capturing the machine ID information for your computer. Attache the generated text file to an email with your order number to authorize@bluemarblegeo.com.

   Alternatively, copy the displayed ID number from the Register dialog box and send it in an email with your order number to authorize@bluemarblegeo.com.

   If you do not have your order number, please call +1-207-622-4622 to speak with a support representative.

   

3. A license file will be sent to you from the Blue Marble licensing team. When you receive it via email, copy it to the offline machine, and return to the Register Global Mapper dialog box selecting Offline Activation once again. Use the ... button to locate and select the saved license file. Click Continue to activate the license.
4. The License Manager dialog will appear at the end, confirming the license and providing additional options. Click OK or close the dialog to use the activated license.
