The Select All Areas and Lines that Intersect or Touch the Selected Line(s) tool is found under the Advanced Selection Options submenu of the Digitizer menu or context menu. To activate this option in the Advanced Selection Options menu, first select a line feature with the Digitizer Tool.
Once activated,
all area and line features that intersect with the original selected line
feature will become selected by the Digitizer Tool.
The line used to define the features for selection will no longer be selected after the operation is complete.
