The Zoom In command zooms the current view in by a factor of 2.
The Zoom In Micro command zooms the current view in by a small amount.
The Zoom Out command zooms the current view out by a factor of 2.
The Zoom Out Micro command zooms the current view out by a small amount.
The Zoom To Scale command zoom the current view to a user-specified scale. For example, to make one inch on the screen be equivalent to 1 mile of ground truth, you would enter a scale of 63360 (this is the number of inches in a mile).
The Zoom To Spacing command zoom the current view so that each pixel on the screen represents a user-specified number of ground units.
The Zoom To Selected Feature(s) command zooms the current view to the bounds of the feature(s) that are currently selected with the Digitizer Tool.
The Zoom To View in Google Earth command
will open a session of Google Earth on your machine and pan and zoom it
to approximately match your current view. If any features are selected,
either using the Digitizer or the Info
button, the user will be prompted to indicate whether or not to include
those selected features in the Google Earth view. This applies to area,
line and point features.
Note that this requires a Google Earth application on the machine.
