Two-Point Equidistant

The Two-Point Equidistant projection depicts true distance from any point on the map to either of the two chosen points. A line drawn from any point to either of the two chosen points reflects the correct great circle length between the points, but not the correct great circle path.

The "Two-Point Equidistant" projection has the following parameters:

  • False Northing
  • False Easting
  • Longitude of the First Point
  • Latitude of the First Point
  • Longitude of the Second Point
  • Latitude of the Second Point
