Removing and/or Transferring License
In order to transfer your existing license to a new machine, you will need to first remove the license from the current machine. This process will disable your current license and create a verification file that can be sent in to Blue Marble. This is necessary when either upgrading your software and moving to a new machine at the same time, or simply moving an existing version to a new machine.
To remove your single-user license:

A verification window will pop up, click Yes to remove the license or licenses from your machine.

Another window will display a verification code and a path to the verification file. You will need to send this file to: authorize@bluemarblegeo.com

Once you have sent in your verification file, you may request a license file for the new machine either by email to authorize@bluemarblegeo.com. You will need to install the software on the new machine and retrieve the Machine ID to request the new license.
