Locking the Workspace
The default workspace can be locked so that users cannot overwrite it. To enable lockdown of the workspace:
Go to Options>Administrative Settings
and click onto the General tab.
Checking the box for Lock the current workspace file will prevent users from saving the workspace to the current location. Users will still be able to save their edited workspace in a different location.
If you check both the Lock the current workspace file box and the Administrative Lockdown Active box, and if the Options>Preferences>General>Always Load option is checked, users will be restricted to the current workspace. They will not be able to overwrite the current workspace, open a new workspace, or save the workspace in another location. If the Options>Preferences>General>Always Load option is unchecked, the user may open and import other workspaces.
