The set_InnerGeodetic method sets the GeodeticCoordSys from which this ProjectedCoordSys is constructed. The HorizontalDatum used by this ProjectedCoordSys is synchronized with the HorizontalDatum used by the InnerGeodetic system and by the Projection. Changing any one of these will cause the others to be changed in the same way.
