Ordnance Survey National Grid Transform of 2002

The Ordnance Survey National Grid Transform of 2002 (OSTN02) is a datum shift transform between European Terrestrial Reference System of 1989 (ETRS89) and the British National Grid (OSGB36). For most purposes, ETRS89 can be regarded as equivalent to WGS84. The shift data exist in a single binary file consisting of a 1-kilometer grid of northing and easting shifts between the two datums. Shift values at non-grid point locations are interpolated.

The path parameter can either be fully qualified or relative to the location of the datasource file in which it is defined. The path string should not end with a slash character.
