This method takes an DLSRoadAllowanceHandling enumeration value as input parameter. This values will specify how the string processing will handle road allowance offsets in the get/set_LocationString call methods on GeodeticPoints that are configured to display DLS coordinates. The possible road allowance can be calculated using defined parameters in the version grid file, using a fixed one chain value, or with an arbitrary Northing and Easting offset. There is also a setting that will ignore all road offset values.
