DLS grids work by dividing an area into Townships, Ranges and sections. Each section edge may have a built in road allowance that is not included in the offset calculation. In the case where the RoadAllowanceHandling parameter for the DLSDisplaySettings class has been set to UseOverrides, the value returned from this method will be used in the interpolation for the East offset of the DLS coordinate position strings.
