Founded in 1993, Blue Marble has been a pioneering force in the field of geospatial technology with products such as Geographic Calculator and Global Mapper helping to redefine the industry. From its humble beginnings in a small town in central Maine, Blue Marble has grown to the extent that it now boasts customers in virtually every country in the world.
Blue Marble’s GIS software is used by hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers throughout the world who need affordable, user-friendly, yet powerful GIS solutions. Users come from a wide range of industries including software, oil and gas, mining, civil engineering, surveying, and technology companies, as well as government departments and academic institutions.
Blue Marble Geographics was founded on the premise that managing location-based data and ensuring geodetic accuracy should not cause a technical or financial burden.
